The Business Report gives us your total sales, organic sales and session data by ASIN — essential for calculating TACoS and understanding organic vs PPC performance.

Click "Open report directly" above — this opens Seller Central pre-filtered to the right report with 60 days of data already selected.

You must be logged into Seller Central for the link to work. If prompted, log in first then click the link again.

Once the page loads, click the Download button (top right of the report table). Save the file — it will be a .csv or .xlsx file.

Upload that file in the form on the right under "Business Report".

Download your Bulk File

The Bulk File contains all your campaigns, keywords, bids, spend and sales data — including the Search Term Report as a separate tab. This is the main data source for the audit.

How to download — Amazon Advertising Open Bulk Operations →

Click "Open Bulk Operations" above. Log in to Amazon Advertising if prompted — use the same account as Seller Central.

Under "Create a spreadsheet to manage campaigns", select your marketplace and set the ad type to Sponsored Products.

Set the date range to Last 60 days. Make sure "Include Search Term Report" is ticked — this adds the search term data tab we need.

Click Create Spreadsheet. Amazon will generate the file — this can take 1–5 minutes. Once ready, click Download. The file will be an .xlsx.

Upload that file in the form on the right under "Bulk File".
